Terms and Conditions

  1. We base our work from the exisiting pool of premium themes (note: the theme cost is not included) - want something more custom ? We can help there too.

  2. You will need to supply the final images and all the product attributes (if you’re in Sydney and need a photographer - we can hook you up). If you need us to make changes to the images these are limited to resizing and compressing.

  3. Based on a best effort basis - we don’t include delays outside of our control.

  4. Neto fees are payable to Neto directly and are subject to Neto’s terms and conditions

  5. More time is available to buy on an ad-hoc basis. However please do contact us if you think you will need more as we’re not always able to fit it into our workload

Please Note: These packages represent about a 50% saving on our average normal rates and are applicable only when ordering our service while this page is published on our site. Our aim is to ease the burden for traditional small to medium stores to make the jump on-line when they are facing a strong downturn in retail sales. As such we have have had to place and enforce some restrictions on the time spent on the sites. However if you have needs that exceed the package offerings you can purchase additional design/customisation time for the High Street and Mall King packages.
